Heres some info on how I make and sell jewelry online:
*** I release themed jewelry collections once a month, usually on a Friday near the end of the month. These are all unique one of a kind pieces that you will see progress posts of on Instagram and Facebook, and maybe one day Tik Tok.
***Collections consist of 30-60 ONE OF A KIND pieces, usually centered around a gemstone or style. I try to vary the jewelry type quite a bit and include opportunities to have some rings made to your size.
***No customs at this time, sorry!!
How will I know when you are having a collection come out?
*** You can find the collection release date in my bio of my instagram account or at the top banner of my website.
*** Follow my IG Stories! I usually have a countdown in my stories.
*** Sign up for my monthly e-newsletter! I will send an email the week of the new collection release.
See a design you love and curious if it will come back?
*** Although collection pieces are one of a kind, I’m always open to feedback from you! Please let me know if you want to see something again and I’ll see what I can do.
*** Check my Made To Order shop, my most popular designs will end up somehow created into a signature design.
Ready To Ship & Made to order pieces:
*** I have a great collection of Ready To Ship pieces (Sea Glass Collection), many are also one of a kind, and I also have made to order pieces (Octopus Collection).
*** I am continually adding new designs to this shop section, please keep checking for new awesome pieces here!
*** I do my best to create all ordered pieces within 3 days of receiving the order, however I sometimes don’t have all the materials on hand. And one of the few things not awesome about living in the Caribbean is how long things can take to get here! If my receiving materials is taking too long and causing more than the expected 7-10 business days to ship your order to you, I will reach out to confirm the realistic wait.
Pricing on collection items:
*** If you have any questions about pricing before collections come out, you can take a look at Sold pieces on the website. Hopefully that can give you a general idea. Some stones of course cost more than others and that will change pricing the most.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
After your order is placed, changes + cancellations must be made within 24 hours. Changes requested outside of 24 hours cannot be made as your order is already in my hands being made. Please contact me via email to make a change or cancellation. This includes gift card purchases
If you are ordering from a collection release and you changed your mind and would like to cancel, it has to be done on that day. Thank you for understanding.

Return shipping will be paid by the customer
RETURNS - ALL COLLECTION PIECES, READY TO SHIP PIECES, AND GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL SALE!
Please know your size before ordering, I work with standard industry sizing. If you are unsure of sizing, please reach out to me before purchasing, I am always happy to answer any questions! These pieces can be very sought after during collection releases and if the item was to be returned, I would already be working on a new collection, so it just doesn't work out. I do not offer refunds on gift cards. I’m sorry for the inconvenience
I will accept returns of made to order pieces within 7 days of when you've received your items. Once I have received and processed your returned items and they are in original resale condition, you will receive a refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping
EXCHANGES - exchanges for non-custom and non one-of-a-kind (collection pieces) items can be processed within 7 days of receipt. Your items must be in original resale condition. Return shipping must be paid by customer
DO YOU OFFER REPAIRS?
My pieces are built to last, if something has a defect that was out of your control such as a clasp breaking, I will always fix it for free for you. If you happened to vacuum up your necklace and the chain broke, that is on you and I cannot fix pieces like that for free. If anything happens, please feel free to reach out!

Cuff/ ring resizing: $10
WILL MY JEWELRY TARNISH?
All fine metals tarnish with time (Brass will tarnish quickest, then sterling, and 14k gold can last years). I recommend storing your jewelry in a dry area (not your bathroom). Your pieces are easy to maintain and clean. If you wish to polish your pieces we recommend using warm sudsy water and buffing with a scratch free cloth.
WILL MY FINGER TURN GREEN?
This all depends on your personal chemistry. I use Sterling Silver. This is a high quality metal that will not cause irritation unless you have an existing metal allergy to that specific metal. You may want to try changing up your skincare routine in order to remedy any reactions your personal chemistry may have.
WHAT IF I LOST ONE EARRING?
Contact me right away if you lose an earring. I can create a half order for you as long as I have the correct supplies/matching stones. You will be charged 50% off the price of the earrings. I sadly do not always have the matching stones. In the case of sea glass I can find something that is close.
WHAT IF MY STONES DON’T MATCH THE LISTING PHOTO FOR YOUR MADE TO ORDER OPTIONS?
Nothing I deliver to you is mass produced. I hand-make your piece to order, selecting stones (I always pick stones that are VERY similar), texturing metals, wire-wrapping, and stamping. So this means that what you end up with is not the exact design from my product page - there just MIGHT be some slight differences! If you have any issues, please feel free to reach out!
